Follow this installation instructions and it will work perfectly:

Extract with winrar

1. Install prog. with soundforge90c-trial_enu.exe
2. Copy patch.exe to install folder.
3. Apply
4. Select "Register online"
5. Fill in any information (fantasty names will do)
6. Activate
7. Enjoy and make good music! :)
